The row counter is very easy to use and simple to understand. It comes with a hole that you can loop onto a thread to keep around your neck while in use. Will always use one now as made my knitting so much easier. Excellent purchase.

I love it. It is so much less fiddly than turning a standard row counter at the end of every row. One click and it's done. You can pin it on to your knitting or to your sweater by threading a piece of wool through it and making a loop. It also has a lock on it , so when you leave your knitting it will stay at the right number and not get twisted accidently.

This is so perfect, was always losing count with stitches or rows in my knitting and crochet, now with this I never will, just a little click of the button and it's always close to hand because I have it hanging round my neck while working (not supplied with a string though)it can also be locked too which is very useful si if you leave your knitting for a time the counter won't be changed by accident, love it.

now with all the thicker wools being used, the little row counters that used to fit on the end of your needle are no longer any use, so these are ideal, especially being able to put round your neck, you always know where they are, as well as being able to lock them on the last row that you have done.

In the middle of a very complicated aran pattern and was completely thrown by my usual row counter because the numbers kept moving while knitting. This row counter stays at the correct number and therefore no mistakes with the pattern. Brilliant

This is the best row counter I have ever had and very ingenious. One easy click with thumb and third finger moves it on by one number and the beauty of it is that it goes from 9-10 or 19-20 etc without you having to do anything except one normal click! Unlike the round ones, which sit quite heavily on the end of your needle, which you have to fiddle round to the right number after every row, this new one you don't even have to look at, you just click it and you know it has gone on to the next number. It also has a lock on it which is quite a boon with a two year old around. I wear it on a piece of elastic around my neck when knitting and my hobby has been revolutionised! Even if you forget to click it after a row, all you have to do is let go of your knitting for one second with one hand, one click and you know you are up to date again. Whoever designed this should get an award.
