I'm only an average knitter which is probably why I was disappointed with this book. Keen to begin immediately I soon realised I had no yarn fine enough. Almost all of these patterns use fine tapestry wool, crochet cotton etc often working with two strands together. You will also need 2.00mm, 2.25mm, 2.50mm and 2.75mm needles. Not a book for using up odd bits of knitting yarn! Here is a list of the materials etc to make the Wrapped Cardigan on the cover:-
Yarn.

Needles

Note
Work with 1 strand each of A and B held tog throughout
Gauge

GOOD LUCK!
