There are 3 versions in the 35 12 range: flat nosed, half round and round nosed--these have precision shaped tips ideal for cut close sitting wire from 0.2 mm diameter. These Knipex electronic pliers are jointed with a stainless steel rivet for added strength and easy movement, and feature cutting edges additionally induction hardened for durability and a longer life. Extremely smooth play free joint with stainless steel rivet movement for minimal operator fatigue, and the handles are coated with soft plastic for ease on the hand. All models have precision-ground cutting edges without bevel for flush cutting low friction double spring for gentle smooth closing and opening. Its inox stainless steel cutting edge has been hardened to approximately 54 HRC.
