I purchased these for my son's birthday present to accompany a small scooter he also recieved. He was five - but a very small five. These represent a good protective product and they do have elasticated sides to accommodate many sizes - at a push they would fit me!
At the moment, they are a little big (given my son is a little small!) but I find they fit slightly better over Jeans/jumpers than joggers/t shirt stuff. I would probably reccommend them for a slightly older (if not bigger) child but I'm sure they will come in very handy non the less!

Today is my daughters 5th Birthday, amongst other things she got a skateboard and these knee pads, elbow pads and wrist guards. She was delighted to get the skateboard, but confused with the safety gear.
When she wanted to try her new skateboard we put the pads on her and she looked very proud when we eventually got them all on. it takes a little time the first time, particularly since it comes with no guidance on how to put them on. But we worked it out. Without these, I would have been concerned about her learning to ride a skateboard. The peace of mind alone is worth the money of buying them. Recommended!

just great for 7 year old fit well and come in a neat net storage bag
