This book has been painstakingly put together by a group of people who passionately believe in real bread and seek to pass on their wealth of accumulated knowledge and experience in the field of artisan bakery.
It is not going to teach you how to make wonderful homemade bread but what it does do is to provide an accurate up-to-date summary of all the things you would need to take into consideration if you chose Artisan bakery as a career/business path.

Not only have the real bread campaign successfully got Tesco in trouble with
the asa advertising standards hahaha! Brilliant
And all the other positive benefits this campaign has done to improve the
quality of bread we eat, They have also produced this wonderful book that
is highly inspiring, practical and well worth the read if not just to support
the real bread campaign I might start a new Amazon account just so I can give this
book 10 Stars!!!

This book is a must-have if you are thinking of starting a bakery or are planning to bake in your community. Even if you aren't, there is still plenty of indepth info you won't find in other bread recipe books. If you are as obsessed by bread as I am, this book needs to be on your bookshelf!
