Just finished reading the entire book after it came today and am sooo very glad I purchased it. It is a no frills, easy to follow, good technique book that even an idiot could understand. I am so impressed with it. It should be a staple in any bakers collection, especially a beginner. There are a lot of great, simple and tasty looking recipies in there and I will be starting at the beginning and working my way through immediately. Interesting fun fact for me is that finding out that the author is a relative of my husband in the UK.

Have made several recipes from this book - directions are easy to understand and the baked item turned out good. Pizza section is excellent

This is a great book for anyone who wants to explore baking. Is is simple, well written and easy to follow. I highly recommend it.
