Use the innovative Klip Kitz system to create your own poseable model of Buzz Lightyear and his spaceship . Assemble the models using over 60 plastic parts , and use the special Klip key to lock your models into their poses. Will you have Buzz Lightyear clipped into his rocketship flying through space with flames billowing from his rockets? Will he ben landed on an alien planet? Or maybe you'd prefer to have him "in his packaging" as he first appeared in Toy Story? All you have to do to change his position is unlock the models, pose them how you want them, then lock them up again! The set even comes with stickers to decorate Buzz and his spaceship. Almost three hours after starting to put this toy together, it is still nowhere near completion - and I am 60. There is no way that a child could put this together - the packaging and advertising for the product are totally misleading. The Buzz figure has arms that don't move and the figure has to be dismantled in order to change his pose (it has ball joints that don't move; only his feet move). The figure won't even stand up unaided; he only stands when you secure him on a stand. The rocket is so fragile that it is not sturdy enough to be played with. The design is ridiculous; I have had to use a knife in order to clip certain bits together and there is sellotape holding other bits in place. There are ten clips that look as if they are universal pieces but each only fits in certain specific slots; the instructions do not make this clear. The product plays on the Disney/Pixar name and the good reputation associated with these companies, but it is totally sub-standard. I would not recommend this product at all and I feel sorry for any parent who buys this present for their child and leaves it until Christmas Day to open it and make it - I'm afraid that both the child and the parent will be disappointed.

This toy was bought for my 3yr old and although it's actually made for 5/6yr old up there's no way that any kids of that age could put it together. Even my friends husband who has a degree in engineering took 2 hours to do it and when my kids played with it, it literally fell apart within about 4 minutes!! The buzz lightyear takes about an hour for an adult to put together and is the only good part of the toy. (The toy is fine if used only for room decoration). Would not recommend buying this!!

Bought this for my 5 year old as a Christmas present, says age 5+ on the box and thought she's enjoy making it as she likes playing with Lego. When we opened the box and saw over 100 pieces to be fixed together in a very complex way we were very disappointed. I boxed it all back up and returned to the shop. My daughter cried when she was faced with all those pieces. Ridiculous to say a 5 year old could do it. Even my husband thought it looked hard, never mind a small child.
I find it quite disgraceful that companies package toys that are difficult in boxes with low age guides, it's not fair, means a lot of upset children and angry parents.

Buzz toy
Grandson loved this but will need help putting together and so far has lasted well as he is quite good at breaking his toys. Well worth the money

Save your money
This is poor value for money. My son would not have got very far without the help of an adult. Very fiddly and time consuming.

Hours of fun!
This is a great, value for money toy! Although it takes a long time to put it all together, once it's finished, my son had hours of fun with it.
