1.Make sure nano SIM is attached to PCB sticker. Otherwise, Q-SIM menu will not appear. Sometimes, nano SIM could have misplaced while being inserted into iPhone's slot with PCB band. For more information, please see all 3 shared customer images
2.Restart iPhone if no signal after switching.
3.Two SIMs have to be from same network.

1.Place normal SIM card into slot
2.Place nano sticker side into metal card holder
3.Put nano SIM on the nano sticker
4.Fold the flexible PCB band and insert into iPhone 5 SIM slot*make sure nano SIM is attached to PCB band closely while being inserted into iPhone's slot. Most of problems are caused by separation between nano SIM and PCB sticker*

1.Enter Setting - Phone - SIM Applications, it shows "Q-SIM" menu:
"Switch Number" offers SIM options:"SIM1" and "SIM2" which makes SIM work individually. "Auto/SW" makes both SIM work alternately.
2."Setup" menu provides below options:
SIM1 No. is to set numbers which SIM1 stands for. SIM2 No. is to set numbers which SIM2 stands for. Default number is SIM1, other is SIM2.
Edit switching time by selecting"SIM1 TIME:03" and "SIM2 TIME:03". Default switch time: 3 mins. Available switch time:0-99 mins.
