Great Book 21 July 2009
By A. Gray
Format:Paperback
My Fiancee bought this book for me as we had a new kitten & I come from a family that is used to dogs rather than cats/kittens.
I must say this book is brilliant! It's very easy to read, understand and is full of useful information. It's got everything from how to introduce a kitten to a dog to training your cat with simple commands (stay, come & beg)
I would definately recommend this book for anyone who is new to owning a kitten/cat!

Don't bother... 11 Jan 2012
Format:Paperback
...if you want USEFUL information about raising kittens. I bought the book due to the good reviews but I must say I was very disappointed and returned it to the seller. It is a small book, not much space there to go into details about kittens...especially when most of the space on the pages is taken up by cute pictures. Most of the text contains meaningless trivia...I found it particularly annoying that the author tries to be funny by using childish puns ("The new kitten on the block" or "Cat Nav" etc.).
If you want an excellent book about cats and kittens I recommend buying 'The Cat Expert' by Rebecca Watson.
