meaning you really can scrape the bowl thoroughly and in seconds. Not great for husbands who want to eat the remaining cake mix. The best spatula I own, I do actually love it! :)

Very good quality spatula which works really well with the KitchenAid mixer. Verty sturdy, and a good size, so able to scrape the bottom of the mixer bowl without much hassle. Just wish I had held off buying one by a week so I could have bought it with 50% off! Doh!

Works as it should, easy to clean but if using close to the hob as I did be aware that the shaft is hard plastic and will mark. Great product and would buy again!
