Got confused when I read the previous review, over-complicated what should be an easy decision to buy. OK, we have a KitchenAid Artisan Mixer stand ref 5KSM150 which tends to be the 'normal' model for the UK market - and yes this item fits perfectly and works perfectly - no problems at all. The outer box stated that it is suitable for use with Mixer models : KSM15, KSM110, KSM103, KSM75, KN15, K45, KSM90 ...... so if you have any of those, buy with confidence.

Yes its the same model and the same thing but the metal is not as polished as the original and its stained. When you are paying for the same thing you expect the same thing and its not!
