The kitchenaid mixer was a 30th birthday present for my daughter and, consequently, she chose the colour, which she loves. She also is full of praise for the kitchenaid and says that it makes baking so quick and easy and that the bowl and whisk are incredibly easy to wash (she hasn't got a dishwasher). So this was a hugely successful present.
