A brilliant food processor that works perfectly. You dont need any more speeds than this to mix / blend thing thoroughly.
Everything it makes turns out perfectly, and our blender has worked well for over three years. Now, however, it has developed a fault with the interlock mechanism
and it is impossible to get any spares parts. Kitchenaid customer service has a couldnt care less attitide which is so surprising of a USA based company. Usually they move heaven and earth to help you,
Kitchenaid took a month to ( unhelpfully) reply to an email.
This would be a perfect 5 star item if Kitchenaid were more helpful and could supply spares. As it is, we will probably buy a different model next time that has better product support.

I can't even begin to say how disappointed I am with this machine. It does not have variable speed and the motor seems under-rated. The food plunger needs to be two thirds of the way down to enable the motor to operate so you have to cut the food short before putting it into the machine - I thought it was meant to save you labour!. Needless to say I am very disappointed and will be selling mine!

I am now the happy owner of a KitchenAid foodprocessor bought af Amazon.co.uk - and today also of the Food Processor Bible. It is a great work to create a lot of salads and new things are coming too. It has been an easy thing to buy from UK - except the problem that I forgot to order an adaptor "UK to the continent". A very safe and fast deal. Thank you.
