I was extremely disappointed with this product as it stained very badly which according to the manufacturer isn't supposed to happen, and it also developed a crack and started leaking within a month of purchase. I didn't bother making a complaint and obtaining a replacement as I thought the same might happen again and I simply didn't want another one anyway, so I found a stainless steel version instead which is infinitely superior.

Works really well and looks the part too, keeps tea piping hot for at least an hour, and warm enough to drink overnight

It keeps the tea nice and hot, but the claim that the lining does not stain is incorrect, unless I am using the 'wrong type of tea'. There are no cleaning instructions included; the suppliers have assured me that this embarrassing oversight will be rectified. They recommend 'Astonish Tea and Coffee Stain Remover', which is available from Amazon. Hopefully this 'plug' will not go un-noticed by either the teapot people or Amazon.
