I've been using this knife for about a year. It's very sharp and light. The blade is thin (1mm). If I want to slice tomatoes this is the knife I go for as it's so sharp. It's also perfect for de-boning chicken thighs etc as it is fairly small, manoeuvrable and the blade had a little bit of flex in it. I find it sharpens easily and to a good edge. Like all decent knives made with iron rich steel (hence the good edge)it should be washed by hand, dried immediately and placed on a rack. A very useful knife!
