This is a fantastic item, the food that is cooked in it comes out tender and delicious It cooks anything and retains all the goodness of the food nothing is lost. Easy to clean and lasts a life time.

Absolute brilliant, I bought this as a replacement for the same kind of pot that I purchased in Germany over 20 years ago which after constant use finally cracked.

Once you cook your chicken in a brick for the first time you'll (almost) never do it any other way again. On a low long cook the meat stays moist and tasty and not dry as open roasting can do. Normally we get the bird out and it almost falls of the bones... Yum!! This brick was a replacement for a 20 year old one that was starting to chip and delaminate. This has a glased inside base so is much easier to clean. It's also quite big (large chicken no problem, or a smaller one with veg). For something that you may expect to be a problem posting it was VERY well packed so arrived in A1 condition (the packaging alone most have cost a bomb). Highly recommended!
