It REALLY works. Had given up on getting our hob back to a nearly new look. Tried all the creams and scrubs out there but nothing shifted burnt in food and we were very close to ordering a new hob!! But boy this thing is brillant. We have a virtually new hob again. One quibble I ordered the Master Class utensil but received an Electrolux one instead. Other thing the blade blunts quickly - so unlike me - order spares.

What can I say - when this works it works really well at scraping the top of my ceramic hob but if you need to apply more than very light pressure then the blades retreats into the confines of the handle, requiring you to take it apart to refit the blade again. The cause of this is the mount bumps are shallow and have rounded sides, meaning there is nothing substantial to push against holding the blade in place.

It's definitely good product but the design is flawed as the blades always slide in and I have re-adjust them repeatedly.

I bought this even after reading reviews that the blade is retracting when applying too much pressure and that blade became blunt quickly. I managed to scrape and clean up a very burnt stove and had to apply lots of pressure. Everything came off and stove is now like new! THe blade never retracted and still feels very sharp so am sure it'll last a long time! I would definitely recommend this product!

My ceramic hob had some burnt on food that was dfficult to remove. When I saw this tool on Amazon I decided to try it and I couldn't beleive how easily it cleaned the hob. I would recommend this to anyone.

I wish i had discovered this tool before, i was starting to despair with the state of my hob, no amount of elbow grease was working. Its so cheap but great. My hob looks brill. When you need to apply extra pressure, turn the scraper over so the bolt is facing the other way, that side of the blade is sharper (prob makes no sense!). It was dispatched the day i ordered and i received it 2 days later. Very pleased a great investment. Thank you!

Do NOT buy this!
Go to your local hardware store and buy a scraper or just use a razor blade, but this would not hold the blade flat. Total waste of money.

best tool ever
this scrapper is the best thing for cleaning ever.I would reccomend it to all ceramioc hob users.Makes cleaning difficult burned on food easier and safer,no scratching.
