Why arent these readily obtainable in shops? it has to be one of the most useful cooking aids around. I last used one as a kid in Mums kitchen and have been hankering after another all my adult life!
One tip if you do buy - try not to ever let it get wet, better to give it a quick shake after use and return it to the cupboard. If you try and wash it any flour residue turns to glue and it nearly impossible to remove, forever impairing the sifters capabilities.

Kitchen Craft Stainless Steel Three Cup Trigger Action Flour Sifter The product itself is beautfiful and just what I wanted. But the company I bought it from were unreliable on delivery, they said they had, had a full bag of deliveries stolen, I joked that it was odd for my very first order, he got really offensive and said I was accusing him of lying, which I was not, he obviously felt guilty, I eventually got my goods after 2 emails and 17 days waiting,and a lot of bad feeling on his part not mine. I am dubious of buying off him again.

As I am disabled and can only use one hand this flour sifter meets all my needs.It is well made and easy to keep clean.

Great gadget!
I found this very easy to use and to clean. My only gripe is that flour etc. "puffs" out at the top if you fill it more than half full. Still a good gadget.

Stiff trigger and keeps catching
