I bought this as was fed up using a pan twice the size for meat and therefore wasting twice the foil. Since getting it my wife now uses it for most things in the oven. The rack is brilliant for reduced fat cooking and we will probably be buying another pan shortly!!

I bought this with a larger Master Class pan, the smaller size of that not being available at short notice. You get what you pay for and this is much cheaper but very light compared to the larger pan. The bottom flexes a lot but have used it to roast a small chicken and made gravy on the hob top with it. Exactly the right size and it worked and cleaned well. However would not have bought it if I had known how light it was, but still good value.
