These were recommended by a friend, since they are stainless steel they don't take all that much cleaning either. I find them very useful for doing a large roast such as chicken or turkey.

Pretty good pan for the money. We got it for Christmas as our non-stick one had started peeling on the bottom rendering it useless. We use it all the time now and the rack doubles nicely a cooling rack since it is held up from the bottom rather than from handles like others. Double check the size of your oven though because it is big and just fits our. Overall, I'm glad for the purchase and even though it's a bit stained up now, it gives it character that will last much longer than a cleaner looking non-stick would.
