The stainless steel is thin - the handle fixings on the outside of the pan show through on the inside. The base "buckles" when pressed. The rack is flimsy with a join on the edge that looks as though it will come apart in time. Not sturdy at all and likely to go out of shape with use. Not likely to last very long so returned it.

I bought two of these not realising they were so big. They are great and you can cook a whole meal on one of the dishes. They are good quality. I have cooked chicken and roast vegetables and steak and chips. By placing the food on the rack ensures it is heated both sides. When finished just soak and they come up shiny clean. The seller is sweet, offers speedy delivery and help and advice. I think they are a good price. A bargain!

Good item, great size for a large chicken or leg of lamb, turkey crown for Christmas, not big enough for a turkey I wouldn't have thought. Sturdy pan, quite thick, cleans up well and rack is a useful addition. Arrived promptly from Amazon, well packaged.
