This heavy duty roasting pan comes complete with removable roasting rack. The raised rack allows fat to drain away for healthier cooking and is ideal for making gravy. The heavy duty hinged handles make it easy to handle and fold down when not in use. Suitable for all stove top use including induction.     This roaster is just great - especially at the discount price available at time of writing. The tray is heavy durable metal, and the non-stick finish is guaranteed for 5 years, the rest of the product for 15, and the handles have been nicely riveted to the main plate. It's a quality item.

    Needless to say, my first dinner cooked with this was lovely, although don't do what I did and forget the oven gloves when you try to take it out of the oven!

    Great item. One of the best non-stick tins I have used. Heavy base, solid rack. Cooks everything I have tried really well. Crispy roast potatoes.
