I was gutted when I got a new gas hob and the rings were too big to balance my espresso maker. Seven months on I'm still using this ring reducer, which does exactly what it says on the tin and could not be easier to use.

Pretty simple device and accomplishes what it sets out to do. The ring comes with some sort of manufacturing grease on it which could be the cause of the smoking that some reviewers mentioned, what I did was wash it in hot soapy water for a bit and it was fine.

This is rubbish it curls up like BR toast when heated does not even slot on to the hob properly.

Reducer Ring review
Perfect for my bialleti but became distorted with the heat sooner than i thought it would.Still ok to use but things a bit wobbly on it.

Not fit for purpose

Light the gas and watch it glow

pot stand
this is an excellent well made product. makes it safer when using a really small pan as the pan doesn't slip sideways. fits over the gas plate securely.

The item appears to look black in colour but it is silver. Beware it has sharp edges on the underside.
