I needed to make some jelly for a competition. Being relatively new to making jelly I needed to purchase a jelly bag. I wanted easy to use equipment that I could store in a small space after use. I looked at several options and the Kitchen Craft strainer seemed to be just what I needed. I made my jelly entered the competition and was delighted to get 18/20 marks. The strainer was easy to use and will be used on many future occasions.

Badly made
Unfortunately this strainer's muslin bag eyelet broke upon first use - material split and metal ring came out. I only strained less than a pound of apples so it was not heavy?

I have only just used this item for the first time and when it was washed one of the metal eyelets detached making it useless for use again.

reasonable strainer for price

Good and Bad
