There are others on the market as really stupid expensive prices. Having made burgers for over 22 years(now retired) This is all you need. IT'S GREAT.

Making your own burgers is a must. The ones you buy in the shops are just rubbish. A burger maker is a real help and then you need wax discs or the burgers will stick together, especially if you are making a batch to freeze.
These wax discs are only OK, they work well if you get them the right way round i.e. shiny side to the burger. But it is almost impossible to tell which way up they should be, so if you drop the pile or they slide over the worktop you can't get them back together the right way up. Then when you take them out the freezer the disc has stuck to the burger and you have to scrape it off!

Have used these for some time now, no problems, work well. I did read that if you don't get them the right way round they don't peel off a frozen burger easily, cannot comment on this as we use the burgers later the same day.
