This product looked the business but the multi controls served only to confuse and when it was required to take food temperatures it proved slow to respond and was inconsistent. I felt it could not be relied upon to be used to measure food temperatures to comply with food hygeine requirements.

It is great, there is not to much to say about such a product. You cant set the alarm to work on a temperature that is going down as apposed to going up. But who cares really

Delivery from Amazon via Popcorn UK was excellent within a day or so.
However the actual Kitchen craft thermometer has some problems and I am currently in contact with them for remedial actions. The battery recommended on the wrapping (V13GA) is two deep (thick) and cannot ne removed once inserted. I noted too late that the batteries used (2 of a thinner type) were AG10's. I have told them of this and they have asked for photographs which I will be sending shortly. Disappointing after such good delivery service. Regards, Malcolm Copp
