just recieved it, and it's a lot stronger than i expected it to be. fits the draper picnic bag we've bought perfectly, and it wont be difficult to freeze as it's so pliable.

Cool, cool ice mats. Just come back from Crete and used them every day in our cool bag. Bought 2 and wrapped them around our drinks plus a plastic bag full of ice. Put them in the freezer compartment in the fridge overnight and everything stayed really chilled for about 4 hours, maybe a bit more - who's counting the hours on holiday?!

I bought two of these mats and would definately recommend them.
I wanted an ice pack that I could put into a canvas picnic bag Summerhouse Vintage Picnic Set Holdall, 4 Person, Blue Dots so I could mould it around the cold food I had packed. Something you cannot do with the freezer block. I keep them in the freezer so they are always ready to go. They stayed cool all day inside the insulated picnic bag and they did not weigh very much when they defrost.
