A great product, arrived very quickly, i was very pleased with the poacher, my salmon came out perfect.
I would recommend that you measure your over to make sure that it fits as i had to adjust a few racks and had to then turn it said ways as my oven is not very big.
I would recommend buying this product if you are not sure, it is my best buy to date.

This is an excellent fish poacher, but note that the main title for this item is ever so slightly misleading. The body itself is 18 in long, but this piece of kit(chenware) is 59 cm/23 in long overall, including the handles. That makes all the difference as far as our oven is concerned, but of course it can be used on top of the stove.

It always helps to have the right gear for the right job. This poacher fills the bill. Sturdy, easy to clean and just fits into my normal size oven. (This we were not sure of till it came) Suggest a quick measure before ordering.

Good but smaller than I imagined
This is a very good product. It isn't big enough to fit a full salmon in but good for smaller sized fish.

Poached Salmon?
This Fish Poacher is an ideal size, big enough for a small salmon and can easily take a good size sea bass.
The stainless steel is slightly too thin though.
