Actual poacher is a great product, however after the first usage, one of the handles snapped clean off the rack, almost dropping a whole salmon onto the floor! Thankfully the fish was saved, and the product was replaced with minimal fuss. Thanks to the supplier for this.
We've used this since then and it has worked fine each time and the handle is still in one piece.
Worth the money if you like to eat whole fish, and we have also used it to steam vegetables as well.

The poacher arrived on time. The poacher itself was damaged, in that one side of the lower part had been struck and bent about 1 cm inward so that the lid was unable to fit in to the lower part and make a seal. As the box had been opened previously, we assumed the damage had been done when the box was opened.
It was fairly easy to straighten the lower part, so we did so. However, we'll not buy from this supplier again.

At first I thought the fish poacher was exactly what I wanted, it looked attractive, seemed solid, but on further examination found a crack in the stainless steel near the handle. Very disappointed.
