It REALLY works. Had given up on getting our hob back to a nearly new look. Tried all the creams and scrubs out there but nothing shifted burnt in food and we were very close to ordering a new hob!! But boy this thing is brillant. We have a virtually new hob again. One quibble I ordered the Master Class utensil but received an Electrolux one instead. Other thing the blade blunts quickly - so unlike me - order spares.

What can I say - when this works it works really well at scraping the top of my ceramic hob but if you need to apply more than very light pressure then the blades retreats into the confines of the handle, requiring you to take it apart to refit the blade again. The cause of this is the mount bumps are shallow and have rounded sides, meaning there is nothing substantial to push against holding the blade in place.

Blades slide in
It's definitely good product but the design is flawed as the blades always slide in and I have re-adjust them repeatedly.

Ceramic hob scraper
I bought this item to help keep my ceramic hob looking good, used in conjunction with some cream ceramic hob cleaner this product works perfectly.

The blade keeps sliding inside the handle so in the hand I only use the blade with out the handle. Not very safe but at least it works!
