After a while, Rich wasn’t sure how long, he bent his head down again to check on Marie, and found that she had actually fallen asleep! She had been up really early that morning to get some errands done, and had had more wine this evening than usual. For a moment he considered just carrying her to bed so she could rest, but thought better of it.
“Alicia,” he whispered. “She’s asleep.”
Alicia, who was by now thoroughly wet again from Rich rubbing and gently pinching her nipple, bit her lip as she considered. Then she got that wicked grin that meant she was thinking naughty thoughts. “I think we need to make sure she has some good dreams,” she whispered back. Then, carefully so as not to wake up Marie, she left her place at Rich’s side and sat down on the other side of her sleeping friend. She helped Rich untangle her from his arm, then carefully lay her down so her head was cradled in his lap...
