Bought this instead of the official Amazon case and pretty glad I did. I received my Kindle and quickly realised I'd need something to cover it - if you haven't taken delivery of your Kindle yet, I guarantee that when you get it you'll know what I mean. The Kindle is so slim and gorgeous, you'll be loathed to scratch it.
This case feels like soft leather (although granted it doesn't smell like leather), which impressed me. The stitching is also neat, and overall it feels very professionally made. It's not a flashy design, but that works for me. It looks great on my desk at work, it doesn't take up much more space than the Kindle would on its own. Best of all it's less than 1/3 of the price of the Amazon case.
Although it's easy to remove the Kindle from the case, I actually just bend back the front part when I'm reading and it's still very comfortable to hold.
So far everyone's been telling me how smart they think this case looks, so I'd recommend it if you're looking for a smart, elegant Kindle cover but don't want to pay £30-£50 for the original Amazon one.

I wanted somthing slim to fit in the inside of my pocket but not pay the amazon price!. This is a top buy and worth the [..] pounds. nice finish to the case and looks good on my desk

Perfect for my Kindle
