The grey part of the base flips out. The black part of the base perches on the front and top of the laptop screen, the grey part balances it behind the screen.

Yes, this is a great bit of kit and fantastic value too. I Skype my office and they use the Kinobo and the clarity and video is great. Yes buy this and I don't believe that you will be disappointed.

It can! I am currently using it on my desktop pc. You can place it on top of the screen or directly on your desk.

Hi Tranon, no it does not but very easy to focus; its well worth the money, and very easy to install, far better than the one i bought for myself at twice the price.

Yes you can. I have mine on a 17" flat screen monitor and it fits fine.

No idea actually. I only use MS Windows 7. The best thing to try would be to find the manufacturer's website and look for it's specification list.
