What do you want to know ? Thanks Russell This ia fantasic treat to any computer my laptop is so fast its fab now ... just by changeing my hdd to a ssd .. had to use some software to transfer old hard drive over but its worth all the effort .. just buy one i brought two one 120gb and one 240gb ace ..

It is possibly not mounted yet. Try using Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Disk Management, and see if it's there.

No its a direct replacement for a Hard Drive. It makes your PC operate like a tablet PC as there isn't any spooling up of the hard drive . It makes a pc 100 times quicker.

Yes it will just run at sata 2 speeds as it's backwards compatible. This is what i have too.

I've only used it as an internal disk, but I can safely tell you that a v.2 USB cable is included with the package, so I suppose this should cover you
