Will not run in ASRock FM2A75M-DGS

The UEFI of the FM2A75M-DGS does not see the this memory as 1866. JEDEC reports only 1778, 1333, and 1066. If I set the RAM's speed manually to 1866, the system will not boot again until I clear the CMOS with the jumper.
This RAM does run at 1333 and 1600 on this system, so I manually chose 1600 and the system will live at that speed.
I don't usually have problems with Kingston.

I recently upgrade from an old 4GB of RAMS that I been having for many years on my INTEL SMALL FORM FACTOR, & after 2 weeks of many research I end up getting these Kingston Hyper X 4GB instead of any other that are out there to suit my need for gaming & multitask... This was by far the best 4GB of RAMS I ever owned for gaming PC everyday and any day, it runs and processes without any problems... I run it for hours on all my games & even multitask on others things it works flawless...

I bought this RAM along with an AMD A8-3870K APU and ASRock A55M-HVS FM1 micro ATX motherboard for a small form factor PC. By default it was operating at 1066 MHz speed, but I was able to easily and painlessly change it to 1866 through the BIOS.
It has not given me any issues so far, the only thing is that in the Windows Experience Index it is getting 5.9 when i was expecting scores of higher than 7. I'm not sure exactly why but I'm thinking maybe the timing of this memory has something to do with it (11 versus 9 of the somewhat more expensive RAM), or it has to do with the fact it is only 4 GBs, maybe if I had 8 GBs the score would be higher. It could even be the motherboard.
