Great RAM, also very fast with CL4 rating. Compared to my previous SDRAM which was CL5, a quick benchmark showed improvements almost across the board. A few excerpts from the 'bandwidth-0.25a' test in Linux. This isn't a perfect real-life test of course, but does show you can measure the speed improvement!
OLD CL5:
Sequential read (128-bit), size = 64 MB, loops = 293, 3737.7 MB/s
Sequential read (64-bit), size = 64 MB, loops = 123, 1568.5 MB/s
Random write bypassing cache (128-bit), size = 64 MB, loops = 52, 664.0 MB/s
Random write bypassing cache (128-bit), size = 256 B, loops = 3932160, 191.9 MB/s
Random write (64-bit), size = 12 kB, loops = 1731137, 4047.3 MB/s
NEW CL4:
Sequential read (128-bit), size = 64 MB, loops = 360, 4607.9 MB/s
Sequential read (64-bit), size = 64 MB, loops = 245, 3133.6 MB/s
Random write bypassing cache (128-bit), size = 64 MB, loops = 51, 647.4 MB/s
Random write bypassing cache (128-bit), size = 256 B, loops = 9437184, 451.9 MB/s
