I bought this 4GB stick to put my cd's on to leave attached to the car radio, the connector is hidden. I was able put about 25 cd's on it, the radio will only take 512 files, and I leave it attached so I have access to a good selection of music when I am driving. It is really small, which is what I wanted, and the fact that the cover rotates means that the top won't get lost.
It is formated as FAT32 which my radio will access. It does have some software on it when shipped but I deleted it as I did not require it. Works file as a blank drive, no drivers to load or download.
Good quality cheap drive. I would consider using a larger version of this make. Note that I already have various other makes up to 32GB and this one is comparable in quality.

Just plug in USB and it works, you can choose to remove the extra software included,can be restored from the kingston website I find it really useful.
Also unlike other makes of flash pen, this one does not interfere or stop the boot process. so can be left connected into the USB. permanent.

When I purchased this, all I wanted to know was whether it had a light indicator or not, as it was not sated in the specs or reviews, and it turns out it does have a green light where the circular part of the usb is. Apart from that all is really good it good quality and feels quite solid.Very happy with the price and the qaulity, I also really like the dynalic of the metal cover. Very good quality, may buy another one.

does what it is supposed to do
a bit on the bulky side for such a small item does the job though and stores plenty of music and video if required apart from that not a lot tosay purchased through amazon

Best price I've seen for a decent quality USB drive

Very small memory stick with, with lots of space for such a low price and a nice design. I've even put it through the wash by accident two times and its still working!

data transfer slow
I did received the product on time....i would say really quick. However the drawback is that THE DATA TRANSFER IS REALLY VERY SLOW.
