This is one of my favourite shows. It's very nice and very English. The eccentrics that come and go throughout this show are a delight. Even the ill mannered characters have a certain charm that makes me think of programmes that used to be on our TV screens years ago.
This show is a perfect Sunday evening treat. It's warmth and feel good humour keep the storylines bobbing along at a gentle but neverslow and boring pace. The writers and actors have the perfect balance that Sunday evening television needs.
This show is almost a homage to all the great famly shows that we used to enjoy. It's up there with The Darling Buds of May and (If you can remember that far back) The Shillingbury Tales.
I love this show. It's soft and comforting televison.
Watching this programme is like being wrapped in a warm blanket.

I received the third series here in Canada today from amazon.uk and like the previous two series, I am loving it. Was VERY VERY disappointed when I learned late last year on Stephen Fry's blog that the series was cancelled by ITV. What a shame. Good television like this is always overlooked for something that is sex, violence or some other meaningless and shameless reason, by television executives. Listen up ITV, we need more television like this. It's enjoyed not just by your viewers in the UK, but has been appreciated world wide, like here in Canada. We want more "Kingdom". I just wish that maybe some how, some way that another network would find the worth of this program and reignite it for on air. Anyway Thank you Stephen Fry, and all the cast and crew for giving us some happy time watching you each week. We miss you all.

Perfectly english tv series. Countryside folk, charming and endearing. Fine acting by Stephen Fry. Only 6 episodes, but this is the ultimate example of quality over quantity. Comforting and easy viewing, like how they used to make them

Quaint, quirky series.
This is a quaint, gentle series with quirky characters and stories. If you like Doc Martin you'll like this and vice cersa.

Watchable series
Changed my view on Stephen fry as an actor. Perfectly casted. Lovely series, lovely interaction with the characters. No bad language, violence or vulgar sex

Love it
Kingdom is a great series, it's witty and charming and well worth watching. Fry is brilliant. I own all three series and my only complaint is that there are no more series coming!
