This midprice collection, made by King Sunny Ade himself, brings the best tracks of his early 80s island albums and 90s albums including a track (Jingo) with Manu Dibango from his Wakafrika album.The sweet vocals over talking drums and guitars are enhanced by the wonderful hawaian steel guitar solos creating a trancelike communion between the musicians and the listener. To capture all of his best, a triple cd collection would be necessary. In the meantime this best of juju's King is as near to juju heaven you can get.
