I've read all the stuff, went to the codes section inside the game, I'm connected to the PSN, but I keep getting an invalid code message. I've tried it with and without dashes, in upper and lower cases, always with the same result. Anyone having the same issue?
On October 22nd I received this: "We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Your case has been escalated to our Tier 2 Support. Please note, cases are addressed in the order to which they are received. We appreciate your patience." And I'm still waiting.
I received a message similar to yours only 5 hours ago. I must be 2 weeks behind you in that waiting row. By the way, I received this: "Thank you for providing the necessary information. I have escalated this to the appropriate department for you."
I can't believe this but I've just received my new codes (yes codes because I bought 2 of those, one for me and another one for a relative). I'm astonished with how lucky I was. By the way, I had to create a new account on 2K Support and start a new request because I was going nowhere with the other agent. This one solved it quite quickly.
Indeed. As I was not having a decent feedback with the first support agent from 2K Support, I thought of returning my game to Amazon and buying it in a local store. But as it would be a negative financial move I insisted with 2K Support through a new account and got lucky with this new agent who solved in a week the issue that was going on for already 2 weeks by then (and is still going on) with the first agent. Only yesterday did I submit all the requested data and today I already have the codes. I suggest you try the same.
Yes. You skipped through a comment of mine. As I read your previous comment, it really felt like you hadn't seen the other one. I did two comments in a row today morning. Look at the second one I made today at 9:32.
I haven't tried the new codes yet, but I guess they'll work because they start with PUN14. You should definitely try doing the same even though you're not stuck in the same step I was. It's been 3 weeks now and the only thing I got from the other agent up until now is "we're working on it". Frustrating, to say the least.
It would be so much better at this point if they just unlocked the bonus in our PSN account. Last year I didn't had any problems with their DLC, because it was a simple reedemabale PSN code, what a stupid idea they had with this in-game codes.
