Why is the Kindle edition more than the paperback?

Production costs are less; delivery costs are less; so why is the Kindle edition more expensive? To be quite honest, when I see Kindle users being ripped off like this in the name of corporate profit, I feel like stopping using it and closing my Amazon account.

The paperback isn't out until 2013 so it isn't available now. The publishers set the price of the Kindle book not Amazon so I suggest you blame them.
