In his 7 years with SC Johnson Wax, the laundry products/Air Freshener group posted a 250 per cent sales increase, and 500 per cent profit increase. His group was responsible for bringing 9 new products to the market, including Shout.

Whether you are experienced or a complete novice to creating a brand, this book is for everyone. Killer Brands explains the essential do and don'ts of marketing your product to its highest potential in an ever competitive world. I found it to be well structured with key steps to follow from the very start of a project through to the main objective. It's written with a great sense of humour and memorable anecdotes. I've been working on a business plan for some time now, and Frank Lane's book has been a breath of fresh air and of great value for something that would have otherwise never seen the light of day! I thoroughly enjoyed learning from it and can see it on college/uni curriculums in the near future.
