Helpful business development tool, 29 Sep 2009

I was recently recommended this book by a friend who suggested I order and read it with a view to using it as a tool for personal business development.
I was instantly impressed as this is the first time I have read a sales improvement book by an English author and it was useful to be able to put the examples into businesses and market places that I am personally familiar with.
The book is broken down into easily manageable sections, however I personally read it in one sitting during a quiet Sunday and have since returned to the chapters that I found most insightful, such as 'Battleships with Tilly'.
I would recommend this book to anyone involved in sales, be that Business Development Managers like myself, or managers of SME's where they are personally responsible for developing new business opportunities.
It is a book that I will return to and use at various points of my personal career development as I feel each time I will gain something new.
