Book Description

When the late-night delivery order came into Frank’s Pizza, Alicia knew she’d be the one stuck with having to deliver it. She just never thought it might be her last night alive.

Drugged and abducted, Alicia awakens to find herself tied to a wooden chair in a basement, surrounded by corpses, and is suddenly forced into a high-stakes poker game. One where losing comes with the heaviest of penalties.

Kill Game is a 15K-word novella.

5.0 out of 5 stars Twisted & Evil 11 Mar. 2014

An innocent victim falls prey to a deranged lunatic who has a lot more up his sleeve than an ace of spades. Kill Game delivers on the title of this short story by providing everything a horror reader would need to satisfy their blood lust. One more delivery for this pizza girl could end up being her last delivery...ever.

This story grips you right from the start, spiraling from there into the mind of a deranged sociopath playing a deadly game. I enjoyed the unique storyline and the fast pace of this novella. It was a quick, thrilling read, and I found myself invested in the main character, wondering if she would, in fact, make it out alive. Will she? You'll have to read it yourself to find out.

And need something very short … very mindless … and nothing but violence, this book is for you. If you have the patience for something more than 60 pages and enjoy thinking, look elsewhere.
