not a bad item but it did not come with any blotting paper so i had to purchase some for it which when added to the postage and packing did not really make it worth purchasing in the first place

Excellent product for the price. My daughter loves it. You just have to make sure you don't lose the outside red ladybirds.

This flower press is not big enough- either width/length or depth. The screws only just catch the threads and so you can't really put a lot of flowers/leaves inside it. Certainly not enough space to use every layer of cardboard and blotting/kitchen paper in between every layer to soak up moisture from the plants. I used to have a whopper when I was a kid, and it was great for pressing loads of things, including whole flower heads and the stems attached. Why can't I find one like this now?!
