TA for Kids meets a need which is often unmet by other material by speaking directly and simply to people aged 9 -13 in words they can understand. It reaches out to young people of all ages who need to be tough enough to enjoy a fulfilling childhood. The authors believe that such fulfilment is essential in the process of experiencing a healthy, satisfying total life experience. Both children and adults will gain from the easy to understand language and drawings - a must for anyone seeking to understand Transactional Analysis (TA)

My Mum got me this book when I was 8 years old, when it was first published. It gave me a language set to be able to describe feelings, communications and conflict. Now as a 40 year old, I still got a buzz out of reading it, and I have even given a copy to one of my wee friends who needs the language as much as I did, when I was her age.

Lots of warm fuzzies for this book!! I learned TA through this book (aged 25!), it should be part of the National Curriculum!! It helps kids to know how to interact with each other, and how to understand when interactions don't go the way had hoped. It gives children skills for life that are invaluable...so sad that it is out of print!
