My 7 year old son loves these activity books. He received a previous edition last Christmas & was thrilled with this one. There are puzzles, crosswords & heaps of activities that are perfect for challenging little minds. My son is 7 now & was able for the earlier edition when he was 6 & yet he still loves this one. I would highly recommend these books for 6-7 yr olds. My son has brought his on holidays, out in the car & he oftens does a few pages at bedtime instead of reading. They are great.

BOUGHT TWO OF THESE FOR MY 5 AND 7 YEAR OLD SONS AND THEY HAVE COMPLETED THEM ALREADY! THEY REALLY ENJOYED DOING THEM, I'D BEEN LOOKING FOR A DECENT PUZZLE BOOK (LIKE I USED TO HAVE AS A KID!) FOR A WHILE, BUT THEY ALL SEEM TOP BE 3/4 FULL OF COLOURING. WILL BUY THE NEXT STAGE UP FOR THEM NEXT TIME THOUGH BECAUSE EVEN MY FIVE YEAR OLD DID BREEZE THROUGH THESE 100 PAGE+ PUZZLE BOOKS WITHOUT TOO MUCH EFFORT. GREAT BUY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Completely agree with previous reviewer. Our 2nd year 6yr old got bored after 30 min of blasting through simple and repetitive puzzles. We were hoping to get at least motivational value out of this book, but our son simply was not interested anymore. Not sure why the cover says 6 and up, content seems more suitable for children half way into reception.

Puzzle book for kids
Really pleased with this puzzle book. Perfect for my 6 year old son (Year 1 at school). A good variety of puzzles - spelling practise as well. Keeps him busy and focused.
