Just bought this book and it's absolutely brilliant. If, like me, you love making cakes but are not up to and don't have time for the sugar-art more tricky types then this is a fabulous book to own. Over 120 easy ideas and the patterns are included - some of the 'sweeties' have to be substituted with UK versions but lots of time saving/'cheating' tips too. Will definitely recommend to all my friends - 10/10!

A brilliant book! I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to baking but this book has never let me down. The cakes I've made so far got great compliments & there are so many recipes I'm sure I'll be using it for years to come.

Fantastic cakes and so easy to do 9 July 2010

A brilliant book that I bought a while ago, I have two children and they love choosing cakes out of the book for birthdays, halloween and now there friends are requesting them to. The book includes templates for each cake which you can trace over and cut round. I never thought I would be able to make such amazing cakes.
