We bought this for our 8 year old daughter. It is very sturdy and solid. A lovely piece of furniture. This will last a few years. We will definately be able to pass it on after we have finished with it. I would recommend it. Very easy to put together. You would be able to make it into a low bed too if need be.

We bought this recently for our daughter - but the full package with tunnel and attachable bits to make a small wendy type house at the bottom. This is a really sturdy bed and took both my husband and I about 2 hours to put together. My daughter is really happy with it and I think it will last for quite a few years - might even last as a hand-me-down to my youngest!
