Having read previous reviews i am happy to be able to say that this house was a dream to assemble,with very clear instructions and took around one hour.Once assemled it is HUGE so check and measure before you buy. The quality for the Amazon price is outstanding.I have looked at smaller all wood dolls houses with matching wooden dolls which were nearly as much money but pale in comparison to this! The fact that my daughter can use her barbie dolls and other toys in it is excellent-and 2/3 children can play together around it happily. My 3 year old adores it and i know she will derive many years of pleasure from it-as will I!!!

Not being into dolls myself I was not sure at all if this was going to be a good purchase or not, I shouldn't have worried, assembly is simple, construction is sturdy and furniture is of a much better quality than other wooden dolls houses that my daughter has had in the past, she loves it and it is plenty big enough to fit her Barbies and Liv dolls with ease.
Is it fun to play with?, you would need to ask my daughter that, but judging by the hours spent playing with it so far I would say it must be and that makes me one very happy dad and one very satisfied customer.

Sorry for the late feedback - This house was delivered to me about 3-4wks ago when we had the adverse snow up here in Scotland & yeh it was a little delayed which was to be expected but it got here perfectly, well in time for Xmas and that i can't thank enough as it has made my little 4yr old sister one very happy wee girl.
I can't fault this product at all - was built in no time by my mum without any assistance (if she can build it anyone can lol) , it looks great and if not better than the picture. It was only built tonight as this was a Xmas present for my 4yr old sister & she absolutely loves it, she's been playing with it and her barbie's all night & if she is anything like me when i was younger she will have many more happy times & hopefully years (if she takes care of it).
Fits barbie's, disney princess dolls, bratz dolls etc etc very easily and they look great, the furniture which also come with the house is superb will save us a small fortune on buying this and that for it which is great on the purse strings this time of year.
Again - lovely brilliant house which i cannot fault .... just wish i was my sisters age again to get my old barbie's out in it :)
